Job summary

Outlaw Trucking Group seeks experienced CDL A drivers to train new hires while leasing their truck. The program offers a Pete 579 Cummins engine with zero down and no credit checks, paying you 1.50 per mile plus trainee miles, and bonuses after your trainee completes one year.

All miles driven benefit you, with mostly dedicated dry-van routes and payments potential well above standard earnings. Expect to drive and supervise 2k miles yourself while your trainee drives 2k miles; you’ll be paid for

Qualifications

• CDL A required.
• Must have clean MVR.
• Willingness to mentor/train others.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new drivers.
• Share driving miles with trainees and ensure all miles are paid.
• Operate mostly dry-van routes with occasional limitations as described.

We lease a Pete 579 Cummins engine

• Only 2 deductions truck payment, and 1 deduction for insurance

You get paid 1.50 for all the miles you drive plus what your trainee drives

That's right all miles go to you

Plus you get paid bonuses on driver after he leaves your truck for 1 entire year

• Nothing past Texas no northeast runs

Bring home 3k plus weekly if you are willing to run

Trucks have frigde, inverter, XM radio and mount for tv

Example you drive 2k miles your trainee drives 2k miles

• You get paid all 4k miles
• You do the math

Must have good MVR and NO SAP drivers
