Job summary

Blue Star Glass is seeking an experienced CDL driver to join our Dallas, TX team. You will transport glass and related materials from our facility to customers, using boom/crane equipment, while ensuring safety and DOT compliance.

This role requires a valid CDL Class A or B, a clean driving record, a current DOT medical card, and at least 1 year of truck driving experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with ability to lift 100 lbs and work in varied weather. No overnights.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B is required.
• Clean driving record with a current DOT medical card.
• Minimum 1 year of truck driving experience; flatbed/boom experience preferred.
• Flexible availability for occasional off-hour deliveries; no overnights.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload materials from warehouse to job sites using Moffett or crane as needed.
• Operate boom equipment following all safety guidelines.
• Operate rear mounted forklift on jobsite following all safety guidelines.
• Secure and inspect loads to ensure compliance with DOT weight, capacity, and safety regulations.
• Maintain clean, safe, and operational delivery vehicles; report maintenance needs promptly.
• Assist warehouse loaders and forklift operators during loading and unloading.
• Deliver products on time and verify delivery manifests for order accuracy.
• Interact professionally with customers and represent Blue Star Glass with integrity.
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery records.
