You will engage with coworkers and customers, complete required paperwork, and help maintain productivity and service quality across routes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Class B commercial driver’s license is required.
• Must meet DOT qualifications and clearinghouse requirements.
• Prior garbage/recycling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes pre- and post-operation checks of a commercial vehicle per FCC regulations.
• Operates vehicles on routes including roads, neighborhoods, and alleys safely.
• Manually or automatically operates controls in line with FCC safety procedures.
• Interacts courteously with coworkers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure timely service.
• Monitors vehicle status to minimize downtime and maintains productive operations.
• Completes paperwork and reports accurately.
• Maintains productivity standards to service clients timely and effectively.
• Follows FCC safety regulations and procedures.
