Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a delivery driver to serve customers with loading/unloading, accurate ticketing, and on-time deliveries. You will operate a truck, optimize routes, and uphold safety standards.

Requirements include a valid CDL (A or B), 21+, 1–3 years of commercial driving preferred, DOT compliance, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 90 lbs occasionally. We offer competitive pay, benefits, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL A or B license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1-3 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Meet and maintain CDL qualifications.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Experience using forklifts and material handling equipment is preferred.
• Able to lift and move items up to 50lbs regularly and 90lbs occasionally.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, including loading/unloading assistance and ensuring delivery tickets are completed.
• Pick up customer returns and verify product matches for credits.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; refuel and report issues.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling/packing orders, receiving, staging, and stocking.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations including PPE.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includesassistancewith loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material.

• Pick up customer returns, validatingproduct match for credit requests.

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor.

• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.

• Assistwarehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying,stagingand stocking incoming material.

• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range:

$19.26 - $30.76.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
