Job summary

Insight FS is a Wisconsin-based cooperative that operates and maintains trucks and forklifts for the delivery and pickup of agronomy and energy products. The Driver role follows scheduled routes to company locations and customer sites to support profitable growth.

Responsibilities include daily safety checks, adherence to maintenance programs, loading/unloading under DOT regulations, and ensuring all deliveries are documented per company standards. A high school diploma and CDL are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL with required endorsements and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform pre-trip inspections and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned vehicles (single, tandem, or multi-axle) and forklifts per safety standards.
• Perform and record daily safety checks including fuel/oil, tires, lights, and brakes.
• Follow maintenance program and keep a clean, professional vehicle.
• Load and unload per company policies and DOT regulations.
• Ensure deliveries/pickups and all documentation meet company standards.
