Job summary

FCC Environmental Services is seeking a service-oriented driver to operate commercial vehicles on designated routes with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Class B CDL, the ability to meet DOT standards, and the stamina to handle physical tasks as needed. You will keep accurate reports and support efficient service delivery for customers in the Tampa area.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class B commercial driver’s license.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to lift or carry heavy objects as needed.
• Must meet Department of Transportation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of a commercial vehicle to ensure tires, fluids, safety equipment and gauges are in proper working order.
• Safely operate commercial vehicles on assigned routes including highways, residential areas and alleyways.
• Follow FCC safety policies when using manual/automatic controls and interact with dispatch and other staff to complete services timely.
