GAATCO is seeking a Truck Driver Recruiter to operate remotely with an immediate start. You will source, interview, and place truck drivers, using our ATS and outreach to hot leads. This role emphasizes relationship building and fast onboarding to meet client needs.

You set your own schedule and benefit from truly uncapped earnings via commissions, with payouts ranging as you hire more drivers. Full back-office support is provided.
