Job summary

FCC Environmental seeks a dedicated driver/technician to perform pre/post-operation checks on commercial vehicles, ensuring safety compliance and proper operation on assigned routes. The role requires accurate documentation and courteous interaction with dispatchers and customers.

Responsibilities include monitoring vehicle readiness, completing paperwork, and maintaining productivity while adhering to FCC safety standards.

Qualifications

• Pre/post-operation checks of commercial vehicles to verify tire pressure, fluids, safety devices, gauges and components.
• Operates on allocated routes including roads, residential neighborhoods and alleys.
• Manually and/or automates controls and joystick equipment per safety regulations.
• Communicates courteously with coworkers, dispatchers and customers.
• Monitors vehicle status to reduce downtime.
• Completes paperwork and reports accurately.
• Maintains productivity standards to service clients promptly.
• Follows all safety regulations and procedures.
