Job summary

Phase2 Technology is seeking a CDL Driver to operate trucks for agronomy and energy product delivery in Seneca, IL. The role requires 2+ years of related experience, a valid CDL with endorsements, and the ability to pass safety inspections and DOT procedures.

You will maintain logs, load and unload goods, and ensure on-time deliveries while providing professional customer service. The position offers hourly pay with comprehensive benefits and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of related work experience operating tractor-trailer or tender equipment.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a CDL with required endorsements and a valid medical card.
• Ability to work extended hours and on-call as business conditions warrant.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain other applicable certifications, licenses, and permits.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL vehicles (single, tandem, or multi-axle) per safety standards.
• Perform and record pre-trip safety inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Load/unload containers safely and ensure proper weight distribution per DOT.
• Deliver and pickup on schedule, ensuring timely invoicing and customer service.
• Complete daily paperwork, logs, and cargo records.
