Job summary

Midland Resource Recovery (MRR) seeks experienced CDL drivers to join our team delivering odorant products across the United States. This role centers on driving, deliveries, and representing MRR at customer locations.

You will operate commercial vehicles, perform pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, and coordinate deliveries with operations. Travel is required; competitive pay and benefits accompany a stable, safety-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with manual transmission endorsement.
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience.
• Must be at least 23 years old and meet DOT drug/alcohol testing requirements.
• Willingness to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport odorant materials and related equipment.
• Complete deliveries and transfers at customer locations throughout the United States.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, mileage reports, and delivery records.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo in accordance with safety requirements.
• Travel to customer sites and coordinate delivery schedules with operations personnel.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safety-focused work environment.

MRR is seeking experienced CDL drivers to join our team delivering odorant products that help keep natural gas systems safe across the United States.

This position is primarily a driving and delivery role. You'll operate commercial vehicles, transport odorant materials and equipment, complete deliveries safely and efficiently, and represent MRR professionally at customer locations.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport odorant materials and related equipment.
• Complete deliveries and transfers at customer locations throughout the United States.

• Maintain accurate driver logs, mileage reports, delivery records, and other documentation.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo in accordance with safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with Manual Transmission endorsement.
• Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Ability to meet DOT requirements, including drug and alcohol testing.
• Willingness to travel throughout the United States.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials and equipment as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hazmat endorsement.
• Tanker endorsement.
• Experience transporting hazardous materials.
• Experience using electronic logging (E-Log) systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Compensation

• $31.00/hour for drivers holding both Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• $29.00/hour for drivers without Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Pay increases to $31.00/hour upon obtaining the required endorsements.
