Job summary

Mountain West Vinyl Products in Utah is seeking a dependable CDL driver to safely transport and deliver products and support daily yard operations, including loading, unloading, staging, and operating forklifts. You will represent the company on the road with professionalism and a strong safety mindset.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements, a clean driving record, and ability to meet FMCSA and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

Active Class A CDL in good standing with endorsements for the position.
DOT drug and alcohol testing must be completed as required.
FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance requirements including pre-employment checks.
Maintaining a valid CDL and medical certification per DOT standards.
Excellent driving record and MVR; reliable attendance and punctuality.
Flatbed experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company commercial vehicles and forklifts to load, unload, move, stage, and deliver materials per DOT and company rules.
Load, secure, transport, unload, and organize materials in yard, warehouse, and delivery areas.
Verify loads, tickets, bills of lading, and other required documentation.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects or safety concerns.
Maintain logs, DVIRs, and delivery records accurately.
Assist with general yard operations and daily shipping/receiving activities.
Follow all safety policies and procedures; support transportation team as needed.
