Job summary

Satellite Shelters, Inc., a leader in the mobile modular industry, has a great opportunity for an Installation Specialist to join our team in our Cleveland area branch. This role combines driving responsibilities with hands-on installation and anchoring of modular buildings at customer sites.

You will operate as a CDL driver with responsibility for loading, securing loads, and performing installation/anchoring tasks in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Twelve months of commercial driving experience within the last three years.
• Experience working in multiple climates including snow, ice, heat, and rain.
• Basic mechanical skills to work on trucks.
• Average ability to read and write to read location directions and prepare tickets and reports accurately.

Responsibilities

• Load truck properly and monitor shipment weight.
• Maintain daily load schedule and report loads to supervisor.
• Coordinate with other drivers and ensure DOT compliance.
• Inspect truck and complete required DOT forms daily.
• Operate in yard and assist as assigned by supervisor.
• Install and anchor modular buildings and mobile trailers at customer locations.
