Job summary

Conserv FS, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver-No OTR in Wauconda, IL to deliver agronomy, energy, and turf products. The role requires a CDL with endorsements, a clean driving record, and at least two years of related experience.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, handle loading/unloading with forklifts, maintain logs, and ensure timely deliveries while upholding safety standards. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is normally required.
• CDL license with required endorsements and a clean driving record are needed.
• Two years or more related work experience and ability to operate tractor trailer or tender truck equipment per DOT standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate single, tandem, or multi-axle trucks to deliver and/or pick up agronomy, energy, or turf products.
• Perform daily safety checks and pre-trip inspections; maintain a clean, professional vehicle.
• Load/unload containers and ensure loads are balanced; use forklift to move pallets when needed.
• Complete delivery paperwork, bills of lading, and invoices accurately; maintain logs.
• Maintain company equipment per standards; be on-call and able to work extended hours.
