Job summary

Brink’s is seeking a CDL Driver in Lancaster, PA to safely operate Brink’s vehicles on local routes and protect cash and valuables during transport. The role emphasizes vigilance, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols within a fast-paced environment.

Qualified applicants will have a Class B license, ability to meet DOT requirements, and a valid guard-related credential; driving duties include atm servicing, cargo protection, and completing accompanying documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Hold a valid Class B commercial driver's license.
• Meet DOT requirements for commercial driving.
• Possess a valid firearms permit or able to obtain one.
• Have a valid guard card or ability to obtain one.
• Chauffeur’s license required in Indiana, Louisiana, and Michigan (for those residents).
• Able to pass pre-employment verification, background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive Brink’s vehicles to/from customer sites and guard cargo.
• Maintain security of the vehicle, personnel, and assets at all times.
• Maintain radio communication with the Cash Transport Guard and dispatch.
• Complete driving and delivery documentation accurately.
• Report faults and keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned.
• Guard liability and assets during routes.
