Job summary

IOC Trucking LLC is hiring local CDL-A drivers to transport materials for road and highway construction in a team-focused, growth-oriented environment. We value safety, reliability, and leadership qualities as we expand our fleet in South Texas.

We offer a retention bonus up to $2000 for new drivers and require a DOT medical card, valid MVR, and the ability to pass a drug screen. Night shifts may be available, with competitive pay and strong teamwork."

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Good Driving Record (MVR Check).
• Current Medical (DOT).
• Able to pass a drug screen (DOT).
• Able to conduct pre/post trip inspections.
• Comfortable working with materials such as sand, caliche, rock, asphalt.
• Ok working extra hours (within DOT regulations).
• Ok working at night as needed.
• Possess excellent work ethic.
• Possess a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials for road and highway construction projects.
• Operate Belly Dump, End Dump, Roll Offs, Water Tanker, Water Truck, Pneumatic, Heavy Haul.
• Maintain safety as the FIRST priority on all runs.
• Be part of a team focused on growth and leadership with opportunities for advancement.

have several openings for local RGV area CDL-A drivers. We are IOC
Trucking, LLC based in Sullivan City, Texas and offer excellent pay. We need safe and professional drivers that want to be part of a team that focuses on growth and leadership, with opportunities for advancement.
