Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving has immediate openings for CDL driving positions in your area. The role involves loading, transporting, and unloading household goods, with daily customer interaction and leadership of moving crews. A clean driving record and compliance with zero-tolerance drug policy are required.

Compensation ranges from $23 to $25 per hour based on experience. Benefits include paid vacation after 1 year, health benefits, holidays, and referral programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to travel locally, intrastate and interstate.
• Ability to operate a box truck or tractor trailer per CDL qualifications.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew in loading shipment on to and/or off of truck.
• Inspect shipment prior to loading for proper packing or wrapping.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipment.
• Assist in loading trucks/containers for forward movement via interstate commerce.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections on the truck and equipment.
• Maintain documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
• Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned.
