Job summary

Capitol Materials, Inc. in Marietta, GA is hiring a CDL driver to safely operate commercial vehicles and deliver building materials to commercial and residential sites. You will load/unload, inspect equipment, and maintain driver logs, prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Minimum Class B License; Class A strongly preferred.
• Three-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation.
• Load/unload building materials onto flatbed or boom truck.
• Deliver materials to assigned area as directed, prioritizing safety and customer service.
• Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Report all accidents involving driver or company equipment.
