We are a full-service moving company, and this position involves loading, transporting, and unloading household goods. Driving for Coleman offers the opportunity to lead moving crews, interact with new customers daily, and grow within our company. Essential Functions and Duties

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew in loading and unloading shipments.
• Inspect shipments for proper packing or wrapping prior to loading.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipments.
• Assist in loading trucks and containers for interstate movement.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections.
• Maintain documentation for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT compliance.
• Lift and carry household goods between residences and vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Willingness to travel locally, intrastate, and interstate.
• Ability to operate a box truck or tractor-trailer (based on CDL qualification).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality; ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

Education and Experience

• Required: High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Real ID-compliant ID or driver’s license.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments.
• Lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent squatting and bending.
• Frequent use of stairs.
• Long-distance driving.
