Job summary

Boulder Landscaping is seeking a reliable CDL Driver to join our landscape construction team in Utah. You will operate CDL trucks, transport equipment and crew, and assist with field work on job sites.

The role requires a valid CDL, physical stamina for outdoor work, and the ability to handle equipment like skid steers and mini excavators. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required. Competitive pay and year-round opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL license with clean driving record.
• Previous landscape construction or heavy construction experience preferred.
• Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, or similar machinery.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL trucks to transport equipment, materials, and crew members to job sites.
• Load, secure, and unload landscape construction equipment.
• Operate and assist with equipment in the field as needed.
• Support landscape construction crews with installation and site work.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
