Job summary

The CDL-A Regional Driver role at Reworld involves moving materials between company facilities, landfills, and customer sites across Arkansas, Missouri, and Texas. You will operate day cab tractor-trailer units, perform inspections, and ensure DOT compliance and safety standards.

Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery schedules, maintain records, and communicate route updates while upholding Reworld’s safety-first culture and commitment to reliable regional service for our clients.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• HazMat endorsement required.
• Tanker endorsement required.
• No license restrictions exist.
• Must have acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate tractor-trailer combinations.
• Ability to work independently on regional routes.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-A tractor-trailer equipment on regional routes.
• Transport materials between facilities, landfills, and customer locations.
• Haul end dump trailers and other assigned equipment as required by the operation.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety requirements.
• Complete required transportation, inspection, and trip documentation accurately.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and site personnel regarding route status and delivery schedules.
• Report maintenance concerns, incidents, and safety issues in a timely manner.

About The Role

The CDL-A Regional Driver is responsible for transporting materials between company facilities, disposal sites, and customer locations throughout Arkansas, Missouri, and Texas. Drivers will operate day cab tractor-trailer equipment while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

• Safely operate CDL-A tractor-trailer equipment on regional routes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous end dump experience.


• Waste hauling, landfill, environmental services, or industrial transportation experience.


• Experience operating regional routes across multiple states.

Schedule

• Regional routes originating from Arkadelphia, AR.


• Travel throughout Arkansas, Missouri, and Texas.


• Routes may include Haskell, MO, Texarkana, TX, and Port Arthur, TX.


• Occasional overnight travel may be required based on operational needs.

Pay Transparency

Reworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits packages. The range below reflects Reworld’s reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.

The pay range for the primary location of this position is: 22.60 - 30.05 USD per hour
