Lansing Building Products is seeking a CDL Driver to deliver/building products and support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will begin around 7:00 AM, finish ~4:30 PM, and typically have no weekend work. Responsibilities include deliveries, forklift use, customer interactions, and occasional inside sales or cycle counts. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• CDL B (or A) license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must have moffett forklift experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 70 pounds.
• Experience with building products is helpful.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• At least one year of driving experience.
• Forklift certification and piggyback truck experience.

Responsibilities

• Live the Lansing mission and represent the company.
• Deliver products and provide outstanding customer service.
• Split time between deliveries and warehouse work.
• Use moffett forklift for deliveries.
• Interact with customers and crews at job sites.
• Maintain exceptional service and improve it over time.
• Keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
• This role may include cycle counts, inventory, inside sales, etc.
