Job summary

Gulfeagle Supply is seeking a dedicated Driver to join our team in Pensacola, FL. You will safely operate company vehicles on efficient routes to job sites, assist with loading and unloading materials, and help ensure on-site safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Valid state CDL Class A or B license with clear MVR and DOT record.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Must have current and valid Medical Certification Card.
• Must have held CDL driving position the previous year with consecutive driving experience.
• High degree of attention and considerable dexterity in the control of the vehicle.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and climb.
• Must have the ability to repeatedly lift up to 100 pounds of material for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to climb a 40’ ladder (location based).
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of vehicles.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the most efficient route to the job site while observing traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Assist in loading and securing materials on trucks daily.
• Help unload materials using crane, conveyor, piggybacks and/or by hand.
• Lead, instruct, and supervise others on the job site.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily inspections.
