Job summary

Lansing Building Products is seeking a CDL Driver to join our team in Delaware. The role involves daily deliveries with responsibilities that include customer service and warehouse support. Drivers typically start around 7:00 AM and finish around 4:30 PM, with no weekend work in most locations.

Qualified candidates will hold a CDL B or A license, have a clean driving record, and possess moffett forklift experience. You will also lift up to 70 pounds and may perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• CDL license (B or A) is required for this position.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Moffett forklift experience.
• Ability to work independently with efficiency and focus.
• Ability and willingness to lift boxes weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Experience with building products is helpful.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• At least one year of driving experience.
• Forklift certification and experience with a piggyback truck.
• DRV123 references or code may be used in application.

Responsibilities

• Lives the mission statement and represents Lansing to customers.
• Splits time between deliveries and warehouse tasks.
• Uses a Moffett forklift to make deliveries.
• Interacts with customers and job-site crews to provide outstanding service.
• Keeps warehouse clean and orderly.
• May perform other functions such as cycle counts or inside sales as needed.
