Expect early start times (3:00–5:00am) and end times based on route and daily workload. Competitive pay with a component-based structure, up to $80,000 per year, reflects route mileage and performance.

Qualifications

• CDL A license is required.
• Proven experience as a truck driver with CDL A.
• Strong route navigation skills.
• Operation of manual transmission preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy products during deliveries.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and efficiency.
• Shifts start early (between 3:00 and 5:00am) and may run until completion.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a truck to deliver dairy products and dry goods to customers with 14-20 drops per day.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Load and unload products as needed and ensure proper handling.
• Ensure accurate collection of customer payments.
• Maintain equipment and monitor reefer temperatures for quality and safety.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Complete end-of-day check-ins accurately.
