Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. – Houston location (Tejas Materials, Inc.) seeks a delivery driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle, load and unload materials, and deliver to commercial and residential sites. You will maintain regulatory records and uphold a world-class customer service standard.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, compliant loading/unloading, and reporting incidents. The role requires a valid CDL, 3-year MVR clean, and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL required; Class A license strongly preferred.
• Three year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) must be clean.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 100 lbs) and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects and ensure safe operation.
• Safely load/unload building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and deliver to sites.
• Maintain records for compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Report accidents involving driver or company equipment and ensure safety operations.
