Job summary

Kuiken Brothers is hiring CDL drivers to serve the Northern New Jersey market. You will safely load, transport, and deliver building materials to jobsites, operate a range of company vehicles, and maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers.

The role emphasizes on-time delivery, professional customer service, and adherence to safety standards. Prior building materials experience is a plus, and PITO/BisTrack capabilities are welcomed with training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL license and DOT medical card.
• The physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors, and safely maneuver products.
• A professional, courteous attitude with a focus on customer service.
• Strong time management and the ability to work independently.
• A team mindset—ready to jump in and support wherever needed.
• Previous experience with building materials or jobsite deliveries is a plus.
• PITO certification and BisTrack familiarity are a bonus—but we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and deliver building materials to jobsites, vendors, and other company locations.
• Operate vehicles including tandem, boom truck, pickup truck, and box van.
• Secure loads with precision and comply with all safety regulations.
• Provide professional customer service and act as a trusted partner on jobsites.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete routine maintenance checks.
• Accurately read delivery paperwork, verify loads, and communicate with dispatch and yard teams.
• Support warehouse and yard operations as needed—teamwork is key
