Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is hiring a CDL Driver & Delivery Helper to operate a commercial vehicle and deliver materials safely to customer sites in Phoenix, AZ. The role emphasizes loading/unloading, pre-trip inspections, and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

The position requires a CDL (Class B minimum; Class A preferred), a clean MVR, and the ability to handle heavy materials. Join a team that values safety and reliability on every delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write and communicate information accurately.
• Must have a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Minimum Class B License, Class A strongly preferred
• Must have a clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Must have overall knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.
• Boom or Crane experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork and loaded product to ensure accuracy of order.
• Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck.
• Safely deliver and unload materials to an assigned area as directed by the customer.
• Prepare the truck for the following day and maintain the truck and the equipment.
• Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Must report all accidents involving driver or company equipment.
• Stamina to lift heavy building materials up to 100+ lbs. for load/unload.
• Navigate routes to the job site.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude.
