• Performs general maintenance of the equipment lot (e.g., snow removal).
• Keeps the lot organized and assists with shop/office cleanup.
• Maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor toward customers.
• Runs parts as needed.
• Organizes and maintains inventory and tool areas.
• Maintains high productivity workflow in/out of the shop.
• Maintains grounds and building appearance at high satisfaction levels.
• Assists with rental deliveries and returns.
