Job summary

Gulfeagle Supply is seeking a Driver for our Valdosta branch. The role involves safely navigating routes to job sites, loading and unloading materials, and representing the company on site by guiding others.

A valid CDL Class A or B with a clean driving record is required, along with a medical certification card and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Essential duties include daily truck inspections, loading, securing loads, and occasional inventory assistance.

Qualifications

• Valid state CDL Class A or B with clean driving record.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Current and valid Medical Certification Card.
• Daily vehicle inspections and safe operation requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds repeatedly and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load/secure materials on trucks daily and verify quantities.
• Drive shortest routes to job sites and comply with traffic laws.
• Unload materials using forklift, crane, conveyor, or by hand and secure loads.
• Climb 40‑foot ladder to deliver materials on roofs up to 8–12 foot pitch.
• Inspect truck daily and report maintenance issues; operate equipment safely.
• Assist in inventory and maintain warehouse, yard, and trucks in presentable condition.
