SRS Building Products - Mechanicsburg is hiring a CDL Driver & Crane Operator to safely transport building materials within a 200-mile radius and operate cranes, forklifts, and trucks.

The role includes DOT-compliant inspections, site safety assessments, and on-site customer service while supporting warehouse operations. Requires valid CDL, crane/forklift experience, and strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with air brakes endorsement.
• Proficiency in routine vehicle inspections and safety checks.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical systems.
• Experience operating cranes, knuckle booms, or crane-equipped trucks.
• Forklift operation experience; certification preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA safety standards.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Able to perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Capable of job site inspections and reporting conditions.
• Strong safety protocol adherence.
• Clean driving record (no recent DWI/DUI).
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver building materials within a 200-mile radius, following DOT rules.
• Operate cranes and forklifts; coordinate with rooftop loaders for accurate deliveries.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document with photos.
• Provide on-site customer service and support warehouse/yards.
