Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a delivery driver to serve customers in Aurora, CO and nearby areas. You will deliver materials, load and unload, and maintain accurate delivery documentation. CDL A or B is required with a clean driving record.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, follow safety policies, and maintain dependable attendance in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $31 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Provide reliable, customer-first service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL Class A / B
• Able to meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Comfortable lifting and handling materials up to 50 lbs
• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable using basic technology, like iPads, for routes and tasks
• Experience is delivery, warehouse, or logistics environments is a plus
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements
• Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, including loading and unloading, and ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and complete
• Pick up customer returns and verify product matches
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fuel the truck, and report any issues to leadership
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE when required
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs
