Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a CDL Driver in Lakeland, FL to deliver landscaping products and maintain branch operations. You will load/unload, serve customers, and work with teammates to ensure on-time delivery and safety compliance.

The role emphasizes safety with in-vehicle dash cameras, and requires a Class A CDL, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to learn new technologies. 18+ and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license required.
• Experience operating a manual transmission may be preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift may be preferred.
• Able to read and write to record daily records.
• Able to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, reaching daily.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and approaches.
• 18+ years old minimum.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle in accordance with local, state and federal transportation regulations.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers in person or over the phone.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working.
• Assist with other branch responsibilities as needed.
• Do not obstruct or interfere with in-vehicle dash cameras; cameras stay on during work hours.
