Job summary

HPM Building Supply in Lahaina, Hawaii is seeking a full-time CDL Driver or Truck Driver (Class A) to ensure customers receive the materials they need. The CDL Driver/Truck Driver is the first contact for orders and helps set the tone of the customer experience.

The position offers a sign-on bonus of $5,000 and pay ranges based on experience: $30.35–$35.50 per hour for 5+ years; $27.45–$31.95 per hour for less than 5 years.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial driving experience preferred.
• Class A driver's license required.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Operate CDL/Class A vehicles to transport building supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in the yard.
• Work in outdoor warehouse under various weather conditions.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for a CDL Driver or Truck Driver in Lahaina is:

• Class A – 5 years or more of professional CDL Class A driving experience: $30.35 to $35.50 per hour
• Class A – Less than 5 years of professional CDL Class A driving experience: $27.45 to $31.95 per hour

Position Overview

HPM Building Supply in Lahaina, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full‑time CDL Driver or Truck Driver (Class A) to ensure that our customers get the materials they need. The CDL Driver/Truck Driver is the first to respond when an order is placed and sets the tone for our customers’ experience with us.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial driving experience is preferred as Truck and CDL Driver
• Class A Driver’s License
• Customer service experience
• Forklift certification or ability to be forklift certified
• Must be able to work in our outdoor warehouse in various weather conditions
• Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug test as part of the hiring process
