Job summary

Select Maintenance is seeking a CDL Driver (Class A or B) to support roadway, utility, traffic signal, and infrastructure projects around Houston. You will transport equipment, operate construction gear, and assist field crews with safe execution of work.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, Texas CDL Class A/B, 8+ years of relevant experience, and familiarity with MUTCD standards. This role requires outdoor work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 8+ years construction/utility/traffic signal or related experience.
• Valid Texas CDL Class A or B license.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
• Load and unload equipment from trucks and trailers.
• Operate construction equipment including bucket trucks and aerial lifts as needed.
• Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Assist field crews with construction, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Follow MUTCD standards and company safety requirements.
