Job summary

Sierra is seeking a professional Class A CDL driver to operate a commercial vehicle on local routes in the Las Vegas area. You will pick up equipment from suppliers and deliver to the warehouse and job sites, loading and unloading using forklifts and other equipment.

Responsibilities include completing inspections, maintaining DOT logs, verifying orders, and coordinating with dispatch and field technicians.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Current DOT medical card.
• 1+ year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in extreme heat.
• Knowledge of load securement and hours-of-service rules.

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report vehicle issues
• Maintain logs, delivery paperwork, and bills of lading per DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Verify orders against paperwork and report shortages or damage
• Coordinate timing and changes with dispatch, warehouse staff, and field technicians
• Support warehouse receiving, staging, and inventory counts as needed

Requirements
