Job summary

Tradebe Environmental Services is seeking a CDL Driver - Class A to transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste in compliance with DOT regulations. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and responsible service as part of a team dedicated to environmental responsibility.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, complete shipping paperwork, and operate waste-handling equipment while maintaining logs. The position may involve some overnight travel and a flexible schedule for optimal route coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with experience driving manual transmission.
• Tanker and Hazmat endorsement required.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physically able to wear PPE and perform manual labor.
• Flexible schedule with some overnight travel.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials per DOT guidelines
• Complete and manage required shipping paperwork and manifests
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Operate various types of commercial and waste-handling equipment
• Follow safety protocols, including use of PPE and respirators
• Maintain detailed and accurate records and logs
• Other duties as assigned

Opportunity Highlights

• Trip pay and hourly pay

• Estimated annual earnings typically range from $55,000 to $110,000, depending on trip volume and route
• $65/day per diem for any overnights
