Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of delivery driving experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• CDL preferred.
• Must be available for last-minute long-distance trips.
• Experience operating box trucks and refrigeration equipment.
• Ability to handle various weather and traffic conditions.
• Excellent communication with customers and staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass background check and cannabis industry compliance.

Responsibilities

• Transport product between Trulieve facilities and locations within Maryland.
• Load/unload vehicles and prepare transportation manifests.
• Follow routes and time schedules.
• Maintain professional communication with customers for arrival times.
• Operate delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Complete logs and DOT-related reports.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
