Bliffert Lumber seeks a CDL Driver to deliver building materials to jobsites in Wisconsin. You will operate CDL-class trucks, secure cargo, and ensure timely, safe deliveries while complying with DOT and DMV regulations.

The role involves maneuvering trucks on loading docks, using Moffett equipment, and performing minor vehicle maintenance. Strong customer service and safety focus are essential for success.

Competenze

• Must possess a valid CDL and a current Federal Medical Card (Fed Med).
• Experience operating a Moffett forklift and hydraulic lift gates on vehicles.
• Ability to read product labels, warnings, directions, invoices, and loading sheets.

Mansioni

• Deliver building materials to customer worksites safely and per DOT/DMV regulations.
• Safely operate CDL-class commercial vehicles and maintain compliance with company rules.
• Maneuver trucks into loading/unloading positions and position accurately at jobsites.
• Secure cargo using wedges, straps, and other approved methods.
• Communicate with supervisors using hands-free devices; provide essential delivery information.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and inspect vehicle positioning.
