Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and efficiently, delivering building materials with world-class customer service in Albany, GA.

You will load/unload materials, follow DOT regulations, and maintain accurate records while working as part of a team and prioritizing safety. Qualified candidates will have a valid CDL, a minimum Class B license with Class A preferred, and a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid CDL is required.
• Minimum Class B license; Class A preferred.
• Must have a clean three-year MVR.
• Must have knowledge of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation.
• Safely load materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload at job sites.
• Deliver materials to assigned area as directed by customer while prioritizing safety.
• Maintain records required for compliance with regulations.
• Report all accidents involving driver or company equipment.
• Lift heavy building materials up to 80 lbs. for loading/unloading.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional attitude.
