Job summary

Temco Logistics is hiring a dependable Driver and Appliance Installer to operate a 26 ft box truck, deliver and install appliances at residential and commercial sites, and provide excellent customer service.

You will connect water lines and electrical components, use installation tools, and perform vehicle inspections while maintaining safety protocols. Prior box truck experience and a clean driving record are preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to lift/pull/push/load/unload 100+ lbs with proper equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles preferred.
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical is a plus.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.
