Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply in Springfield, MO is seeking a CDL Driver to deliver landscaping products to customers. You will operate a SiteOne vehicle, load and unload shipments, and collaborate with teammates to ensure the branch runs smoothly and safely with in-vehicle dash cameras monitoring performance.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong customer service. You’ll learn new technologies, adhere to safety protocols, and contribute to a supportive team

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL license required.
Ability to read and write to record daily logs.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Operate vehicle in accordance with local, state and federal transportation regulations.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
Assist customers with questions in person or by phone.
Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery.
Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and improve operations.
Assist with other branch responsibilities as needed.
Do not obstruct or interfere with in-vehicle dash cameras during work time.
Adhere to SiteOne safety protocols including dash cameras.

Position Overview

As a part of our dedicated team, CDL Drivers will be operating a SiteOne vehicle to deliver world-class service and landscape, nursery, forestry, and irrigation products to our customers. CDL Drivers are also responsible for loading and unloading trucks in addition to working with teammates to ensure the branch is operating successfully. This position will include the use of in-vehicle dash cameras to ensure the safety of SiteOne drivers, workforce, and the general public. In-vehicle dash cameras are designed to enhance job performance, driver and public safety, and provide assistance in critical situations.

What you’ll do:

Operate vehicle in accordance with local, state and federal transportation regulations

Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers

Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person or over the phone

Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery

Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance

Assist with other branch responsibilities as needed

Do no obstruct or interfere with in-vehicle dash cameras, which must remain on during working time. Cameras may be turned off during off‑duty time.

Adhere to all SiteOne safety and security protocols, including but not limited to required use of in-vehicle dash cameras.

Skills We Are Seeking

Valid Class A CDL license

Experience operating a Manual shift may be preferred

Experience operating a Moffett or other truck-mounted forklift may be preferred

Ability to read and write to record and maintain daily records

Ability to perform physical requirements such as bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head on a daily basis

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Must be 18 years of age or older
