Job summary

Badger Liquor in Fond du Lac is seeking a delivery driver for a full-time role with a 4‑day workweek (Tuesday–Friday) and a start around 6:00 AM. You will safely deliver orders to customer accounts, review invoices, assemble orders, and communicate with customers and the team.

Strong customer service, independence, and safety compliance are valued. Competitive pay starts at $25/hour for CDL holders, with opportunities to grow within a long‑standing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CDL Class B preferred with 1–2 years of driving experience.
• Problem-solving, time management, strong communication, and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must pass a Post-Offer Pre-Employment Physical (POPE).

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customer accounts while following all FMCSA regulations.
• Read and review invoices and manifests to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Assemble and organize customer orders for seamless drop-offs.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and the internal team for smooth operations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of your truck, notifying the mechanic of any issues.
• Handle returns and collect payments as needed.
• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines, ensuring that products are securely loaded and delivered with care.
• Keep your truck organized and in top condition inside and out.
