Job summary

Glazer’s Beer & Beverage is seeking a CDL Driver in Waco, TX to deliver products to licensed retailers and between company locations. The role is safety sensitive and requires accurate check-in and storage of merchandise.

The Driver will ensure timely deliveries, collect payments as required, maintain DOT logs, and follow DOT regulations while providing friendly service to customers and collaborating with the branch team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of driver experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and hold a valid CMV/CDL Class A or B license.

Responsibilities

• Drive equipment safely at all times.
• Deliver products to licensed retailers and between locations.
• Check-in invoiced orders and collect payments as required.
• Maintain DOT log books and follow DOT regulations.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and participate in safety trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

In this role, the CDL Driver executes accurate delivery of products as invoiced to licensed accounts or between company locations. This role will service customers by ensuring timely deliveries, accurate check-in and storage of products. This is a safety sensitive position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive equipment in a professional and safe manner at all times
• Deliver products as invoiced to specified licensed retailers
• Check-in invoiced orders with customers in a friendly, courteous manner
• Collect and return all payments as required
• Account for all invoices of merchandise delivered and merchandise returned
• Complete appropriate paperwork throughout the delivery process
• Ensure truck check-in procedures are followed daily
• Ensure truck service and safety issues are reported daily
• Maintain an accurate DOT log book, if required
• Follow DOT Regulations at all times
• Attend monthly safety meetings
• Attend required safety courses and other classes as needed
• Report any local, state or federal moving violations to management
• Perform other job related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Safety Sensitive position
• High School diploma or equivalency; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• One year of driver experience
• Must be 21 years of age
• Valid CMV / CDL / Class A or B license
• Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. for an extended period of time.

This role requires regular, ongoing in‑office presence.
