Job summary

Glazer’s Beer & Beverage in Texas is seeking a CDL Driver to execute accurate delivery of products to licensed accounts and company locations. This is a safety sensitive role focused on timely deliveries and proper check-in and storage of goods.

You will drive equipment safely, deliver invoiced orders, collect payments, maintain DOT logs, and follow DOT regulations. Regular on-site presence is required, with duties including paperwork and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Safety sensitive position.
• High School diploma or equivalent; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of driver experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Drive equipment in a professional and safe manner at all times.
• Deliver products as invoiced to specified licensed retailers.
• Check-in invoiced orders with customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Collect and return all payments as required.
• Account for all invoices of merchandise delivered and merchandise returned.
• Complete appropriate paperwork throughout the delivery process.
• Ensure truck check-in procedures are followed daily.
• Ensure truck service and safety issues are reported daily.
• Maintain an accurate DOT log book, if required.
• Follow DOT Regulations at all times.
• Attend monthly safety meetings.
• Attend required safety courses and other classes as needed.
• Report any local, state or federal moving violations to management.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.

In this role, the CDL Driver executes accurate delivery of products as invoiced to licensed accounts or between company locations. This role will service customers by ensuring timely deliveries, accurate check-in and storage of products. This is a safety sensitive position.

Minimum Qualifications

• One year of driver experience
• Must be 21 years of age
• Valid CMV / CDL / Class A or B license
• Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. for an extended period of time.
