Mobile Modular Portable Storage - A Division of McGrath is seeking a CDL Driver to transport and assemble units with a safety-first mindset. You’ll be home daily, work Monday through Friday on a day shift, and play a key role in customer service and on-site operations.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Ability to work varied shifts and be home daily.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and using load-securement gear.
- Comfort with basic vehicle maintenance, cleaning and light repairs.
- Safety-focused with adherence to company and regulatory rules.
Responsibilities
- Pickup and drop portable containers and offices at locations.
- Perform cleaning and light repairs on containers in yard and at sites.
- Maintain safety equipment and gear for self and vehicle.
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and report mileage as required.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and spot inspections for hazards.
- Provide customer service at drop/pickup sites and liaise with sales/ops.
- Communicate with dispatch/operations regarding trips and delays.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The specific pay rate and level will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications, prior experience and location.
$3,000 signing bonus & $1,000 quarterly bonus potential!

As a CDL Driver, your day starts with purpose and ends with pride. You'll be behind the wheel transporting oversized and overweight loads, ensuring each delivery is made safely, efficiently, and with a customer-first mindset. Whether you're relocating units, performing set-ups and knockdowns, or installing value-added features, your work directly supports our customers and keeps operations running smoothly. You'll interact with customers regularly, becoming a trusted face they rely on. You will also assist with cleaning and maintaining the containers as nee. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety ensures every unit is delivered in top condition. And the best part? You'll enjoy steady, year-round work from Monday through Friday-and be home every night! - Pickup and drop portable containers and portable offices at locations
- Perform cleaning and light repairs on the containers in yard and at customer locations as needed
- Maintain compliance of required safety equipment and gear for self and any assigned vehicle
- Complete quality check Pre and Post-Trip inspections; ensure that mileage is reported appropriately for compliance or other reporting requirements
- Coordinate maintenance on vehicles and do spot inspections for cleanliness and any potential driving hazards
- Provide customer service to customers at the drop/pickup site and coordinate with the sales or operations staff on any issues
- Communicate frequently with dispatch or operations on trips, delays, issues, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 1 year recent verifiable Class A driving experience
- Ability to work varied shifts including early morning day shift starts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. up to shoulder level
- Ability work a winch and other equipment related to the tractor, tanks and boxes
- Ability to leverage straps and tie-downs to secure loads.
- Previous container hauling experience desired
- Landoll trailer experience preferred
Certain roles may require a clean-shaven face to ensure proper use of safety equipment. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to grooming standards specific to each site.
