Job summary

Milestone Materials in Minnesota is seeking a CDL Driver to operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and efficiently on our road construction crews in St. Charles.

This seasonal full-time role requires inspecting the vehicle, performing pre/post-trip checks, and assisting with load and unload of materials. Travel throughout the area is required; union benefits applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A Only).
• Willingness to obtain Class A tanker and/or hazmat endorsements.
• Physically fit to perform job functions.
• Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections with documentation per DOT & MSHA guidelines.
• Load and unload material in and out of the vehicle.
• Clean and prepare worksites and apply materials.
• On-the-job training will provide knowledge to become a productive team member.

POSITION SUMMARY

CDL Driver will be responsible for operating a commercial motor vehicle, in a safe and efficient manner.

A CDL Driver's job function will include but is not limited to:

• Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with DOT & MSHA guidelines and loading and unloading material in and out of the vehicle.
• Clean and prepare worksites, as well as apply application.
• On the job training will provide the knowledge and skills to become a productive member of one of our crews.

This is a seasonal full-time position located in St. Charles, MN. You must be willing to travel throughout the area.
