Job summary

John Knox Village in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a friendly Shuttle Bus Driver to join our Transportation team. You will transport residents safely and comfortably, assist them in and out of the vehicle, and provide courteous, attentive service on every trip.

This role requires a CDL with passenger endorsement, a clean driving record, and 3+ years of passenger driving experience, including wheelchair transport. Excellent English communication and exemplary customer service are essential.

Qualifications

John Knox Village of Florida is seeking a friendly, safety‑focused Shuttle Bus Driver to join our Transportation team. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact every day by ensuring residents travel comfortably, safely, and with exceptional customer service.

About John Knox Village

John Knox Village is a not‑for‑profit Life Plan Retirement Community offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care to more than 1,000 residents. Our scenic 70‑acre campus in Pompano Beach is conveniently located near major highways and transportation options.

About the Role

As a Shuttle Bus Driver, your primary responsibility is the safety and comfort of each passenger. You will assist residents in and out of the vehicle, secure seat belts, and provide warm, courteous service throughout every trip. You'll anticipate individual needs, communicate clearly, and ensure each transportation experience is positive and supportive.

You will strictly observe all traffic laws, maintain a spotless vehicle interior and exterior, and uphold the high service standards that define John Knox Village.
