Job summary

Irby Utilities is hiring CDL‑A drivers for our Little Rock, AR location. You will be essential to our operations, delivering merchandise to customers and supporting scheduling, loading and unloading of materials.

We offer quarterly safety bonuses, consistent weekly schedules, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to interact with customers and field teams while staying home most nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A) is required.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card and Clearinghouse consent.
• Ability to reach, bend, and lift/push up to 50 lbs.
• Must read/write/speak English well to perform duties and complete documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commercial Driver’s License
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card and Clearinghouse consent
• Ability to reach, bend, and lift/push packages that weigh up to 50 lbs
• Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in English to perform the essential functions of the position, follow safety procedures, understand work‑related instructions, and complete required documentation.
