Buttles Custom Ag LLC is seeking a CDL Driver to support safe, efficient transportation and delivery operations in Madison, WI.

Position Summary

The CDL Driver will operate commercial vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and supplies while ensuring deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role is hands-on and requires attention to safety, professionalism, and a strong commitment to following established driving and operating procedures.

In addition to driving, the CDL Driver will help maintain readiness of the vehicle and equipment by performing routine inspections and reporting any issues promptly. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies

• Transport materials and equipment to assigned locations, ensuring correct load handling and securement

• Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and routine inspections; document findings as required

• Maintain accurate records related to deliveries, mileage, and any relevant operational logs

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to confirm routes, schedules, and delivery details

Required Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements required for the role

• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow all traffic and safety regulations

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe driving practices

• Willingness to perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs

• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to follow schedules and complete assigned routes

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience driving commercial vehicles in a logistics or delivery environment

• Familiarity with load securement practices and safe handling procedures
