Job summary

Scrap Management Industries, Inc. is seeking CDL Class A drivers for local routes in Hutchinson, Kansas. This role offers home daily schedules and full-time steady work with a focus on safe operations and reliability.

You will be responsible for picking up and delivering metals to local accounts, maintaining professional conduct on the road and at customer sites. A current DOT medical card and MVR are required, with eligibility for benefits after meeting requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and have a CDL Class A license
• Roll Off experience is a plus
• Must maintain a current DOT physical
• Provide a current MVR
• Pass a DOT drug and alcohol test
• No more than 1 chargeable accident in 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violation convictions in 5 years

Responsibilities

• Safely and reliably pick up and deliver ferrous and non-ferrous metals to and from local commercial and private accounts
• Provide prompt, courteous service while representing the company professionally on the road and on-site
